Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip Recipe

9 Jan

I decided to share an easy peanut butter dip that I love to use with fresh fruit. It’s incredibly quick to throw together, and only includes 3 ingredients, all of which are staple items at my house.

You Will Need:

1 cup plain unsweetened greek yogurt -I used Dannon Oikos Greek Yogurt (I personally prefer Chiboni but my grocery store out)

4 tablespoons peanut butter – I used Smart Balance All Natural Creamy Peanut Butter

1 tablespoon agave nectar – I used C&H Organic Agave Nectar Light

Ground Cinnamon (optional)

Directions:

Beat all ingredients together until well mixed. Let chill in fridge for half hour. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired. Serve with fresh cut fruit or veggies. This can also be used as a healthy alternative for a spread on toast and bagels! Yum

This recipe makes roughly 7 servings. 3 tablespoons per serving, 85 (ish) calories.
